Linoleum XF

Tarkett Linoleum XF is a carbon neutral, resilient floor covering made from natural, renewable resources. For more than 100 years linoleum flooring has been appreciated for its natural beauty, comfort and durability. The new XF finish ensures that no initial wax or polish is required whilst providing excellent resistance to abrasion, stains and chemicals. Available in 3 ranges: Veneto, Toscano and Etrusco.

Installation and Maintenance Summary

• Stop dirt at the doorway with an effective barrier matting
• Daily vacuum, sweep or damp mop with neutral floor cleaner
• Scrub using a low speed machine with a red buffing pad to remove scuff marks and restore the floors surface
• Use a low speed machine clean for heavy soiling with a black pad

Mat-12	One point is awarded where it can be demonstrated that 90% or more of the non-carpet floor coverings (i.e. parquet, wooden planks, laminate and linoleum) used are independently certified as having lower environmental impact than non-carpet floor coverings, as verified through a materials certification body recognised by the NZGBC (e.g. NZ Environmental Choice). If carpets are not part of the project’s contract/lease then this credit is ‘Not Applicable’.
