GreenStuf is also naturally resistant to vermin and insect attack and does not contain chemical retardants.
NZBC Compliance: GreenStuf is BRANZ Appraised and will meet or contribute to the following provisions; B2 Durability E3 Internal Moisture F2 Hazardous Building Materials H1 Energy Efficiency Fire Reaction: GreenStuf is self-extinguishing and meets all NZBC requirements. Spread of Flame (0-10) - 0 Smoke Developed (0-10) - 3 Moisture: GreenStuf is not affected by moisture. Exposure to an atmosphere of 50ºC at 90% relative humidity for four days showed moisture absorption by weight of less than 0.03%. Acoustic Performance: GreenStuf will assist sound reduction by reducing the resonating noise inside construction cavities. Typical improvement STC 5-6 in walls.
