The UV protection is an integral part of the sheet, meaning that there is no chance of delaminating over time. The thickness and quality of Danpalon’s The Co-extruded UV protection is superior to that of other polycarbonate products. DANPALON® Polycarbonate panels have good chemical resistance. Some chemical substances may attack Danpalon® polycarbonate panels. Among them are low molecular weight aldehydes and ethers, ketones, esters, aromatic hydrocarbons, perchlorinated hydrocarbons, acetone and xylene. Danpalon® polycarbonate sheets are subject to certain destruction in contact with alkalines, alkali salts, amines and high ozone concentrations. IMPORTANT! Never use abrasive or highly alkaline cleaner on Danpalon® polycarbonate sheets. Cleaners and solvent generally recommended for use on polycarbonate are not necessarily compatible with the UV-protected surface of the Danpalon® polycarbonate sheets. Do not use either BUTYL CELLOSOLVE or ISSOPROPANOL on the UV protected surface of Danpalon® polycarbonate sheets. Never scrub DANPALON PANELS with brushes, steel wool or other abrasive material

1.Clean surface with a high pressure water and/or steam cleaner. (No more than 80°C) 2. Use of additives to the water should be restricted to those compatible with Danpalon® polycarbonate sheets. 3. Recommended solvent cleaners are - white spirit, petroleum ether (BP65), Hexane, Heptane.
