QED’s simple lightweight construction facilitates significantly easier configuration by users, encouraging and supporting change. Environmental performance and the use of recycled materials was a deliberate QED design characteristic. QED reduces environmental impact by using 30% less materials and is designed for disassembly, re-use and re-manufacture, energy efficiency and reducing ambient noise. Powder coat paint used on QED desk tops is an environmentally sound process that yields in excess of 98% efficiency.
