Benefits/Advantages

Comes with no drop coating on one side, allows rainwater to flow off without a trace. Dust and dirt are simply washed off by the rain.

Can withstand hail and is guaranteed for 10 years against breakage due to hail.

The wider spaced web allows for a light and airy appearance and gives you an outdoor feeling. The clear sheet allows through 86% of available light.

Has inherent UV resistant and requires no UV coating.

Maximum light transmission and cost-saving heat insulation.

30 years warranty for Crystal sheets, 10 years warranty for opal sheets.

-Coefficient of linear thermal expansion: 0.09 mm/m °C
-Possible expansion due to heat and moisture: c. 6 mm/m
-Max. Permanent service temperature without load: 70°C
-Weighted sound reduction index: 24 dB
-Minimum permissible cold-curving radius: 2.400mm

Fire behaviour
-Plexiglas is rated in Euroclass E to DIN EN 13501 with regard to fire behaviour
-Plexiglas burns almost without smoke according to DIN 4102 and is easy to extinguish.
-The smoke gases produced by Plexiglas are not acutely toxic according to DIN 53436 and are non-corrosive according to DIN VDE 0482-267.
-Roof surfaces glazed with Plexiglas open up by melting in the event of fire and allow smoke and heat to escape.
