Firth 10 Series Plaster Veneer

Firth has currently engaged in an environmental assessment of its products with Greenbuild. Work is in progress and results will be published shortly.

Firth 10-Series blocks are large format, 390mm x 190mm x 90mm, hollow core blocks. They are laid to provide a solid veneer fixed to a timber frame while leaving a 40mm cavity between the two, in a similar approach to brick veneer.

The veneer cavity system allows moisture to escape between the veneer and the framing.

The laid blocks form a solid substrate that is subsequently plastered and coated.
